A Poem For People Who Wait Until All "We" Need is Five Dollars

October 19, 2019

With All Due Respect

I will write a poem about someone who my need to be dissed

Please let me remind you that the version of the man you protect has already been dismissed

I can see how many times this man has stood up to request

I have money in my pocket and my men in that area have never been considered pest

Let me remind you that you are a female that doesn't come outside

You are only here for "who knows" at the time

After that you have no identity

I taught him that he isn't a pest

I asked him to avoid the request

And give me permission to put this money in the pocket of his vest

Some are waiting for dismissal

Because they do not know how to identify a task

Without a worksheet or someone that will ask

Someone is requesting my removal

Her identity is swollen from someone else's life

I have an identity-- I laugh at them aiming to remove my life

I will still have diamonds, pearls and participation in things

My mind does not wander in the middle of business and things

Someone wants to fight me

Notice who swung when I was sent into the room

I am a wife without a ring

I can handle the dilemma, the mess ups and clear up what is confused

I said know how to lead in the way of the gift, but you have never had holes in your shoes

We swing like this
